Christmas competition (prelude)
It’s almost that time of year again and, due to the success of last year’s Christmas competition I’ve decided to do it again this year. Interested? Excited even? Then read on…
The lucky winner will receive a Kindle Fire! Runners-up will receive an equally (some might say even more!) fabulous prize in the form of one of my books – maybe even my forthcoming e-book, which is so new it doesn’t even have a title yet – more about that later.
Because of the fabulous-ness of the prizes, it does mean a teeny, weeny bit of work for those who want to enter. This mainly involves answering some reasonably easy questions on the blogs I’ve posted this year. For regular readers, this should be a doddle, because you’ll be half-way there already. And for new readers, it just means a bit of browsing through my various ramblings, which, who knows?, you might even enjoy!
There’s just one small addition this year. To be eligible to enter you’ll need to post at least one comment on at least one of my blogs. Feel free to post more if you feel so inclined – it won’t give you any more chance of winning but I will like you more!
Anyway, the questions will be posted here within the next week. Which gives you time to have a mooch and post your comment(s). And watch this space…

Hi Oz,
Fantastic prizes! I’ve enjoyed reading some of your blogs so far, so I’ll probably try and have a punt at winning. Unfortunately the one blog that I’ve thought about leaving a comment on in the past does not have the feature enabled on it. However I’ve now commented on this blog so in a way I guess I’ve hit the criteria already.
Anyway if you can enable comments on the 9th Augusts blog entry I will add my comment anyway 😉
Ed
Hi Ed,
I’ve enabled comments on the blog in question. I don’t know what heppened to cause them to be disabled so if anyone has a similar problem on other blogs please let me know.
I look forward to reading your comment and to receiving your competition entry – I’d better post the questions soon then!
All the best,
Andy
Just stumbled on your blog, and your questions and as it ends tomorrow I best get reading pretty snappy 🙂
I think Barney needs his own blog, although i’m sure he would find it very difficult to type.
Hi Lynne,
He tried Facebook but he didn’t really get on with it. I’ll ask him whether he fancies writing his own blogs but I suspect the subject matter may be a bit limited (unlike someone who’s always banging on about his hockey-related injuries, obviously :))
Andy
The Life of a Spaniel (Not a Springer) would make a great title.
