Projectplace is a web-based project management application, which Acumen use as an aid to collaboration between our consultants and our clients. It is effectively a 'virtual project office', providing a central repository for project documentation, document version control, scheduling of tasks and meetings and a discussion forum. It can also be useful in solving the longer-term 'change control' issues that inevitably arise in Business Continuity projects. We, and several of our clients, have found it easy to use as it requires minimal administration or training.
